Payment

Payments will be processed through PayPal only and is expected at the time of the transaction.

How can I pay?

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your order. I get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.


 

Shipping

  • I ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the United States.
  • Orders will ship only to the address on your PayPal account. Please allow up to 3 business days for shipping confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation after this time, let me know!
  • DOMESTIC/USA ORDERS will ship through PayPal, USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. 
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will ship USPS First Class International with a tracking number. Due to the 2016 rate hike, I highly recommend ordering in bulk to make the shipping rates more affordable.
  • If you would like Priority or Express Mail, please contact me and I will send you an invoice for upgraded shipping.
  • Due to strict customs regulations on handmade items, ordering from Italy is at the total risk to the buyer.
  • Most items ship in a bubble wrap lined envelope. I only upgrade to boxes for bulkier items or large orders. I always try to use recycled boxes.
  • Immortal Visions is not responsible for USPS mishandling, loss, damage or delays. I also have no control over customs officers and I do not pay your duties taxes.
  • Insurance is optional and the sole responsibility of the buyer. Contact me if you would like insurance added to your shipment.
  • My shipping charges include supply expenses related to packaging.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-per-case basis. Please be sure of your purchase and read all product descriptions well before buying.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, let me know! I will be more than happy to work with you.
  • Shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the buyer.
  • Due to the unique supplies used for my items, I may not be able to recreate something you've ordered if it gets lost or damaged in the mail.

Privacy Policy

  • All transactions are handled through PayPal and your financial/credit card information is not seen by Immortal Visions at any time.
  • Your name, physical address and email address are never shared with any third party other than PayPal.
     

Additional Policies

  • All items are displayed with their individual photographs but there may be slight variations in product received if I've made more than one. Monitor settings and lighting during photography can also alter the color shades.
  • Custom & Reserved listings are intended only for the customer named on that listing. If purchased by someone the order is not intended for, the transaction will be canceled and refunded immediately.
  • These cards contain small parts and are not intended for small children.
  • If you plan to mail these cards, please use a bubble wrapped envelope to protect any greeting cards that contain large embellishments. USPS sorting machines do not like big bumps in envelopes!
